Kettlebell Fat Burning Workout
Here is a quick little workout I did to burn some fat and improve my conditioning.
- mobility work, 5 mins
- dynamic warm-up
- reverse lunge with twist
- side lunge with twist
- inch worm
- Russian twist
- t-push-up
- glute and ab work
- glute bridge
- swinging plank
- bird dog
- swinging plank
- single leg glute bridge
- swinging plank
- fire hydrant
- swinging plank (as you can see I really like the swinging plank!)
- real stair climbing
- 50 stories up on the stair case in my condo building, about 20 minutes
- 2 kettlebell clean and press 4 x 8-10
- figure 8 to hold 4 x 8-10 per direction
