The Primal Blueprint
Hey guys,
I just bought the Primal Blueprint by Mark Sisson and am waiting for it to ship. It follows along the paleo diet philosophy that I am a big believer in but goes deeper into other areas such as exercise and sleep. I learned about it at his sight, Mark's Daily Apple. There is a ton of great information on that site on how to live a paleo lifestyle so check it out if you want to learn more.
Once I have read it I will post a review and let you guys know my thoughts. If you have already read it, by all means post your thoughts below. I would love to hear it.

Hi Nathan,
I've been reading the book and the website for a few months now and while I dont consider myself totally 'primal' I certainly feel better for it and despite having been on my ass studying for law finals I have managed to lose a few kg's.
I think it is a more realistic and acheiveable goal than being 'Paleo'.
My one criticism of the book is that the science he relies on is not cited in the book. Hopefully future editions include the science.
Enjoy it, I did.
Evan
Thanks Evan, nice post! That is interesting about it being more achievable than being paleo. Not having read the book yet I thought the Primal Blueprint was really the same thing. I am surprised he doesn't cite the science because on his blog he does.
