To Egg or not to Egg?
As a Paleo/Primal diet guy, eggs are a staple food of mine. I eat 6 WHOLE Omega-3 eggs for breakfast every morning, because as Charles Poliquin once said in a seminar I attented, "Egg whites are for dweebs". When people hear how many I eggs I eat every day they kind of freak out and mutter the word cholesterol. They feel eggs are unhealthy, but aren't really sure how or why.
