Vibram Five Fingers?

Anyone out there using those funny looking Vibram Five Fingers? They look so ugly but seem to make a lot of sense in terms of strengthening your feet and improve ankle alignment. I am thinking about getting a pair myself but not sure if I would have to balls to wear them in public.

What do you guys think?

Been using them for a long long time. They've been around since 2007 and I'm starting to see them around. Word of mouth helped these a lot.

I used to be a long distance runner, but after using these, for even less than a mile, you will feel it the next day. Ever since then, even if I had sneakers, I refused to work out without them. But they're mostly used for that natural feel, for me, personally. The added benefits come as a good addition.

    Thanks Geruvah.

I can't imagine jogging in them, although I can't imagine jogging period. I bet they do feel good to train and move in. Personally I train in bare feet at home or wrestling shoes at the gym for the same reason.

I wonder when they will start making business casual Vibrams?

    Geruvah says:

Well when I say jog, I don't mean the slow jogging. I do the HIIT thing, but anyway, they are fun to run with.
