lifts 10 reps&lt;br /&gt;10 Pushups&lt;br /&gt;High Pulls 10 reps&lt;br /&gt;8 Pushups&lt;br /&gt;Swings 10 reps&lt;br /&gt;6 pushups&lt;br /&gt;Goblet Squats 10 reps&lt;br /&gt;4 Pushups&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Repeat for 20 minutes.  rest if needed, but helps if you don&amp;#39;t rest too long.  Keeps Heart rate up.
