What Is This Kettlebell Blog?

Kettlebell Planet isn't just a blog about kettlebells, although they are cool. Kettlebell planet is about a simple philosophy towards training and eating that includes:

  • hard, fast workouts
  • lifting heavy things
  • sprinting
  • resistance-cardio training such as kettlebell drills for high reps
  • following a Paleo/Primal diet because high carb diets are unhealthy!
  • believing that all people should be lean and strong

If you are wondering who the heck I am, my name is Nathan Donahue and I am a competitive strength athlete residing in Calgary, Alberta. I compete in powerlifting and strongman at around 220-230lbs. I don't believe you have to be fat to be strong, so I share the training and nutritional information I have learned to help you achieve the results you want.
